Job Description:
1. Closing quality leads
2. Build contacts with potential clients
3. The candidate should have a vision/exposure to achieve 20 – 30K USDs monthly sales.
4. Strong knowledge of the portals like Upwork, Direct, LinkedIn or PPH etc.
5. Strong follow up with client
6. Good closure rate/ target oriented
7. Possess good technical and multiple domain knowledge
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. Strong Geographical knowledge
Eligibility criteria:
1. 1-5 years of relevant Business development experience
2. Advanced Domain experience in Learning Management, Healthcare, Real Estate, CRM etc
3. Technical expertise in Open Source Platform & Mobile Development
4. Strong Sales Driven skills
5. Ability to motivate staff in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
6. Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
7. Proficiency in English
8. Market knowledge
9. Communication and negotiation skills
10. Ability to build rapport
11. Time management and planning skills
New BD /Sales person and following are the criteria points : –
– having atleast 2 years of experience into direct sales process
– experience of using LinkedIn Sales Nav tool
– experience of doing cold calls, running email campaigns
– knowledge and past experience of working on transportation, logistics domain
– experience using any CRM tool like zoho, salesforce, hubspot etc.
– experience using any kind of data mining tool other than linkedin sales nav tool
– good comm skills with proficiency in English
– experience working with offshore clients
– open for working in Indian night shift
