Position Summary
The Australian Technical Recruiter is vital to our success in placing talented consultants out or valued customer sites. The Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. This also includes networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.

· Having 1+years of experience in Australian hiring
· Effectively source, interview, and select applicants for technical positions.
Ability to understand and capture client IT specific requirements.
· Perform resume searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using the Internet, referrals, networking, colleges, advertising, association memberships, trade groups, etc.
· Correctly list job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career websites, and other possible channels.
· Efficiently call applicants and perform phone screens.
· Negotiate salary and benefits.
· Meet established individual and team goals that will contribute to the accomplishment of the annual business plan.
· Establish and maintain relationships with consultants to maintain the talent pool.
· Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
