REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

POSITION SUMMARY
As a member of the Client Technology Services Team, you will be responsible for supporting new-hire deployments,
hardware and software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting. To manage IT effectively and efficiently.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide excellent Customer service
2. Primary initial contact for all desktops/laptops, & Networking Issues
3. Troubleshoot and solve Common IT issues (password resets, computer hardware failure, software installs,
access requests, etc…)
4. Setup, Configuring, and Troubleshooting Networking issues
5. Company-wide projects regarding security/networking
6. Switch/Router/VoIP/Firewall management
7. Adjust security policy according to daily business requirements
8. Firewall(s) management
9. Endpoint Security management
10.VPN Management
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Hardware and software troubleshooting
2. Peripheral deployment and diagnostics
3. Active Directory 2016 & 2019
4. Cloud Technology working knowledge of Azure & AWS
5. Working and troubleshooting knowledge of Cisco/Meraki Switches
6. Working and Troubleshooting knowledge of Fortigate, Sonicwall & Paloalto Firewalls.
7. Supported large-scale infrastructures (500+ desktops/Laptops/Servers)
8. Anti-Virus technologies, Spyware removal, and prevention.
9. Warranty repair and RMA coordination.
10.Ability to document procedures
11.The ability to prioritize work, work well independently, and work well with others in a team environment
12.4+ years of experience in Networking
13.Good Communication Skills
14.Any Degree or Diploma in IT Stream
15.CCNA/CCNP or PaloAlto, Fortigate Certifications
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹637,000.00 per year
