Job Description : A Technical Support Engineer will research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. – You will be responsible for working on Application Support and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments. – Research and resolve data errors and unexpected results – Identify and describe customer-reported software defects – Review PHP, PYTHON & MYSQL application code when troubleshooting – Interview prospective API partners and customers – Create various API consumption and problem reports – Act as an expert system resource for the Customer Experience department (ref:hirist.com)
