About The Job

This position also plays an instrumental role in providing the best experience for new hires by helping with the on-boarding process and making sure orientation runs smoothly.

As a Recruiter, You Will…

• Partner with Recruiting Managers to determine staffing needs

• Interact with applicants & respond to initial inquiries Process and track applicant job submissions

• Conduct & request tests needed for hiring

• Recommend ways of improving recruiting process

• Participate in job fairs & hiring events

• Build relationships with internal employees

• Ensure orientation and the on-boarding process runs smoothly

Requirements As a Recruiter, You Have…

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

• 0.6-3 years recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment or related industry

Freshers will be considered from HRbackground or with excellent communication skills.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills

• A love for interacting with diverse groups of people

• Extreme organization skills and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy

• Ability to handle a high volume of work

• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

• Strong computer skills and ability to do intermediate mathematical functions

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
