Collaborate with our top clients
Technical Support Engineers are highly strategic and collaborative amongst a wide range of stakeholders. You are the first point of contact for our customers with troubleshooting complex web and networking issues. You will proactively review and mitigate risks, while minimizing potential disruption. Our team partners with North American Financial Services.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Working with the customers to solve technical problems
Acting as a technical account manager to our strategic customers, to proactively analyze and solve technical issues
Working closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate problem resolution
Providing support for North American Financial Services customers
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
Have 2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
Have solid understanding of the internet and IP networks, DNS and routing, and communication protocols such as HTTP, TCP or UDP
Have experience with web programming languages such as HTML, Java Script and ASP
Enjoy the challenges working in DevOps environment with a focus on CLI and API
Have experience providing technical solutions and support to enterprise Business-to-Business [B2B] customers
Show tenacity to continuously learn and grow skillsets
