Requirement:
Roles And Responsibilities:
i) Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
ii) Screening resumes
iii) Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
vi) Administering appropriate company assessments
v) Performing reference and background checks
vi) Making recommendations to company hiring managers
vii) Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
viii) Following up on the interview process status
ix) Maintaining relationships both internally and candidates to ensure staffing goals are achieved
x) Completing timely reports on employment activity

Salary: ₹9,007.92 – ₹41,028.37 per month
