Designation: IT Recruitment Manager
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Business Development Strategy: Developing and implementing a strategic plan for business development in the IT recruitment sector. This includes identifying target clients, industries, and technologies, and creating a sales strategy to expand the client base and generate new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients in the IT industry. BDMs engage in regular communication with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide IT recruitment solutions, and ensure client satisfaction. They act as a primary point of contact, conduct client meetings, and maintain ongoing relationships.
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Actively prospecting and generating leads for IT recruitment services. BDMs utilize various channels, including cold calling, networking events, online platforms, referrals, and partnerships, to identify potential clients in need of IT talent. They qualify leads, establish rapport, and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to stay updated on the IT job market, emerging technologies, and industry trends. BDMs analyze market data to identify skill gaps, understand client needs, and align recruitment strategies accordingly. They stay informed about competitor activities and adapt the company’s approach to stay competitive.
Proposal Development and Presentation: Creating compelling recruitment proposals and presentations for IT clients. BDMs showcase the company’s expertise in IT recruitment, highlight the ability to source top IT talent, and present customized solutions to meet client hiring requirements. They effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of partnering with the IT recruitment company.
Collaboration with IT Recruitment Team: Collaborating with IT recruiters to ensure effective communication and alignment of business development activities with the company’s IT hiring goals. BDMs work closely with recruiters to understand client requirements, provide guidance on IT job markets and emerging technologies, and facilitate the successful placement of IT candidates.
Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiating terms, conditions, and fees with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. BDMs handle contract management, ensuring compliance, and addressing any issues or changes throughout the IT recruitment engagement. They build strong relationships with clients by managing expectations and delivering quality services.
Industry Networking and Brand Building: Actively participating in IT industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build the company’s brand and establish relationships with IT professionals and potential clients. BDMs represent the company, promote its IT recruitment services, and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Tracking sales activities, analyzing performance metrics, and providing regular reports to management. BDMs monitor sales targets, forecast revenue, and identify areas for improvement to drive business growth in the IT recruitment sector. They assess the effectiveness of different marketing and business development strategies and adjust approaches as needed.
Continuous Learning and Professional Development: Staying updated on IT industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment. BDMs invest in continuous learning, attend IT-focused training programs, and engage in professional development activities to enhance their knowledge and skills in IT recruitment and business development
