Job Description

Position Description

Conga is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to join the IT team in India. This role will work closely with IT and Business Partners to consolidate and publish the project portfolio. The project manager will help with SDLC process improvements and vendor management in addition to managing key projects. He/She must have a strong customer service orientation, continuous improvement mindset, have good judgement, be process oriented, analytical and work well in teams. Ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple priorities concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Manage and execute business critical & complex projects in the Conga Cloud Operations.

Manage and maintain Cloud service resource specification documents and standardize Cloud resources.

Coordinate and work closely with Engineering and Product Management to build comprehensive project plans from concept to deployment.

Work with external vendors to run POCs, develop success criteria and help implementing the third-party services

Create and present to customers product roadmaps, technical proposals, and project updates

Monitoring and continuous improvement of product KPIs and performance in the field

Assist in the production of RFP answers

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science. Master’s Degree is a plus

At least 7 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Project Management or Product Management

Previous experience managing projects that needs coordinating cross functional teams

Familiarity with public clouds like AWS, Azure, IBM, etc.

Fast learner to continuously understand and adapt to new technologies

Excellent oral & written communication skills.

Ability to work with remote teams in multiple time zones across North America, Europe and Asia

Understanding of CICD process

Familiarity with “Infrastructure as Code” methodology

Knowledge of JIRA and Agile methodologies.

Understanding of deployment methodologies like Blue/Green etc is an added advantage.

Tools- Need to know JSM, jira, Confluence, MS office
