What you’ll achieve
As an IT Senior Quality Engineer, you will deliver products and improvements for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, you will craft and develop manual and automated test processes and scripts for software applications that support the Managed Services business areas.
You will:
Design quality specifications for high availability and highly scalable applications which will be used by both internal and external customers
Work with product managers and and SW engineers to understand software requirements and system impacts
Performs system and integration testing with sample and live data, both manual and automated
Be part of Quality Engineering team to build a fully automated regression test suite for Managed Services and related applications

Essential Requirements
Broad knowledge of quality engineering to tackle complex problems
Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITOM processes and their relationships
Understanding of automated testing tools, Selenium, Cucumber etc.
Experience with testing integrations with 3rd party tools
Experience with ServiceNow
