Job Description:
Need to create and publish technical job ads in various portals.
You must have an excellent knowledge of internet-based recruiting tools, job site such as Naukri.com, Times job, LinkedIn, Monster etc. networking sites and other sourcing methods.
Organizing interview appointments and interview candidates in-person.
Maintaining ongoing contact with candidates and track hiring metrics including time to-time-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
Host and participate in job fairs and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Preparing regular reports on ongoing recruitment activity and maintain database of potential candidates for future job openings.
