Currently, our Solutions team is rapidly scaling, and we are seeking Solutions Architects at varying levels to help us solve complex solutions for a customers.

Responsibilities:
Deliver local and global HR Technology transformation programs with a strong talent / HR solutions

Working collaboratively and having very strong communications skills, especially in teaching complex concepts, and creative, prescriptive thinking

Plan and facilitate meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders

Drive go-to-market initiatives and be involved in the end-to-end sales cycle

Serving as a trusted advisor to the client

Working closely with Project Managers, Functional Consultants and clients in order to support the technology/technical solution architecture through applying architecture principles

Designing and implementing data migration and integration solutions that support the successful delivery of the proposed technical solution using JSON and XML

Data integration and ETL using Python when needed

Enforcing sound data migration and integration best practices in order to ensure the quality delivery of the enterprise solutions

Configure the system based on solution workbook

Conduct data requirement working sessions focused on data object mapping, data transformation and planning directly with the functional architect, technical architect, and client stakeholders

Continue to lead technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance to influence standards for development, governance, and operational life cycle

Develop migration/integration solution used in one time migrations, delta loading migrations, ongoing integrations

Perform necessary unit testing on all developed activity or solutions

Complete data related technical documentation necessary for successful project closure

Qualification and Skills:
Bachelors’ in computer science, information technology, electrical engineering or equivalent

Knowledge of HRIS/ATS and implementation certifications OR Experience with 1 or more implementations of Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or other SaaS and enterprise-grade HRIS/ATS systems/solutions

Being certified in SAP SuccessFactors modules is an advantage

Knowledge or experience configuring software solutions

Knowledge or experience coding with Python is a plus

Good understanding of Integration methodology

Open-minded to collaborate with various teams and be able to both give and handle constructive feedback

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build authentic business relationships and deal effectively with relational challenges

Growth mindset with a desire to take ownership to drive internal business goals with cross-functional stakeholders in product, sales, and marketing

Self-starter with ambitions to take on larger responsibilities as an individual contributor
