Full Job Description
Provide support to end clients related to issues with networking, applications, software and hardware issues.
Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management
Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications
Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
Provide system administration related to user account setup, password changes, authentication and troubleshooting
Configure and troubleshoot issues with LAN(routing and switching) and wireless
Collaborate with network architects on network optimization
Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software
Installing and maintaining hardware computers and peripherals
Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with contractor personnel, co-workers and clients.
