What you will do :
Develop expertise in the third-party document management system, its database, and reporting environment to support requirements for software compliance, efficiency, project deliveries and our stakeholders.
Act as a driver for different initiatives and work with Business relationship towards our stakeholders and partners (internally and externally).
Ensuring usage of Data analytics reporting (Tableau)
Identify issues and improvements related to taxonomy, information management policies, business rules and processes.
Provide technical and analytical support for the related products / projects or ad hoc requests for data management issues.
Facilitating information sharing, personalization, and skill-based information.
You will bring :
4+ years of technical experience in application support with an emphasis on databases, data feeds, data relationships and quality.
Solid understanding on Information Lifecycle management framework.
Solid experience of Business Relationship management, to communicate and support our stakeholders, helping with data ILM requirements
Experience with reporting packages (Tableau, Cognos, etc.), databases (SQL, stored procedures/functions, etc.).
Ability to understand data models and data relationships in order to support data extracts from multiple data sources with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to optimally plan and prioritize own time against objectives and deadlines.
Key Qualification:
Preferably a degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science or any equivalent or relevant industry experience, a technical degree is an added advantage.
Business Relationship leadership skills (BRM).
Experience working with multi-national global decentralized organizations.
