The IT Managerwill lead the Order to Cash global COE team supporting IT strategy of Enterprise IT and help team assure effective IT delivery of key deliverables on various assignments. You will be the primary interface between project management team to define resource requirement & resource planning for various projects. Work with Honeywell vendors to fulfill project resource demand including on-boarding & off boarding of resources.
Using a consultative approach, this role partners with stakeholders to define requirements, scope solutions and ensure global design template is delivered across various Honeywell business on core ERP systems. The IT Manager will ensure our solutions deliver needed business capabilities, are adopted, and deliver the expected business value.
The IT Manager is also responsible for ensuring that initiatives are implemented and supported in accordance with Honeywell’s defined technology, corporate compliance, and security guidelines.

.Ensure that all IT activities in the region are performed in a safe and compliant manner, meeting all Honeywell internal and external standards

YOU MUST HAVE
.Bachelor’s Degree
.15-20 years ERP (SAP) design & deployment experience in Order to Cash function (SAP SD), which includes configuration, functional spec writing, working with technical team to delivery the solution, integration with third party tools, supporting implementation teams in their solution validation efforts and ensuring one common process model is deployed across business.
.Worked as a project team member and leads Order management function in the project teams
.Providing timely and accurate follow up on identified business Gaps, including specification review/approval, testing, documentation and knowledge transfer.
.Experience on working as core design team member in different industry, global environment
.Strong business process knowledge
.Strong SAP and configuration knowledge
.Delivering solutions and adopting best practice when designing / delivering of a solution
.Interacting with business on requirement gathering and putting forth candid recommendations which are scalable
.Worked on Waterfall & Agile projects
.Should be ready to travel for at least 25% or more of the time
