Job brief: Business development Manager – Domestic IT staffing
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Senior / Business Development Manager to help us expand our domestic IT Staffing clientele in India.
You will be the individual front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective New client acquisitions and sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in Domestic Staffing Client acquisitions Business Development.
- Acquisitions of new IT clients across India.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective IT clients.
- Able to empanel with new clients for permanent and contract Staffing.
- Promote the company’s /services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Generate sales & revenue
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Experience in Staffing industry and having experience in end to end recruitment process.
- Strong in People management.
Requirements and skills:
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in IT Staffing industry.
Proven sales track record and client Acquisition records is must.
Experience in Account management
Experience in Recruitment and Delivery
Experience in Contract Staffing, Permanent Staffing, RPO & T&M model
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
