Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the overall operation of IT department and evaluate them according to established goals.
• Devising and establishing departmental policies and system to support implementation of strategies set by the management.
• Ensuring proper management and educational focus of the department’s staff, physical equipment, and other resources.
• Maintain academic excellence by observing, mentoring, and collaborating with faculty.
• Set academic goals and evaluate department’s performance from time to time.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Doctorate degree in relevant academic field.
• Minimum 10+ years relevant work experience.
• Ability to create, maintain, analyze, and negotiate the department budget.
• Ability to analyze, anticipate, and schedule course offerings.
• Attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
