Full Job Description
Should have 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
University Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or similar.
Experience as an employee of call center or as help desk engineer.
Experience in Active Directory – nice to have.
Knowledge of MS Windows 10, general awareness of computer systems, PC repair, and Network Management.
Excellent communication skills, politeness.
High level of English verbal/writing skills is obligated.
