Helpdesk Support Responsibilities:
• Day to Day support to all employees related to Win 10, Mac OS, Desktop, Laptop Hardware / Software.
• Monitoring and managing the Support tickets.
• PC / Laptops Building and Software installation for new hires.
• Performing IT exit checklist for relieving employees.
• Troubleshooting outlook issues.
• IT asset Management like validating stock on periodic basis, correcting the errors in records, IT Assets shipment.management and tracking to remote locations.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of duties.
• Troubleshooting Conference rooms AV system.
Requirements:
• 2+ year experience in IT support / IT Helpdesk / IT Service Desk.
• Knowledge in Windows 10, Mac OS installation, troubleshooting.
• Knowledge in MS Office products.
• Knowledge Hardware Troubleshooting.
• Knowledge in using tools in supporting remote employees.
• Knowledge in Network like IP, LAN, WAN.
• Knowledge in AD, DNS, DHCP, LDAP.
• Knowledge about the Servers and Switches.
• Willing to learn new technologies.
