Position Technical support Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To install and manage the DR Automation application, operating from client location/ office.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you need to be a detail oriented person, capable of providing world-class technical assistance. You should also have a successful history of working in server and application environment, coordinating with Engineering and IT Operations teams, to diagnose and fix tickets in a time-sensitive manner, always with an eye to ensuring customer satisfaction.

key skills – System Administrator, Cloud Engineer, Virtualization, Storage/ Backup Admin.

1 years work experience on Windows/Linux/Unix/Oracle with atlease on servers as admin support, with good knowledge of Data Center/Servers/Storage/Vmware/ Cloud. Basic understanding of scripts in Linux/ Unix would be an advantage.

Graduate, Preferably engineering stream.

Good Written and Oral communication skills in English. Candidates who can join immediately will get preference.

Salary in range of 25-35 K PM, basis the experience and skill sets of the candidate..
