Primary Responsibilities:
Drives reliability into systems across the enterprise.
Provide end-to-end support and leadership of multiple platforms. Leverage modern tools and instrumentation to drive reliability and meet Service Level Objectives (SLOs). Utilize monitoring tools to track performance and availability of applications and determine trends. Ability to coach others in learning this technology
Create the Dashboards / Data Visualization for Diagnosis / Fault Detection / Fault Isolation Implement the Reporting on monitoring capabilities
Perform Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tasks without supervision, and able to provide direct feedback to improve ITSM processes
Reduce customer-facing outages, and by extension improve Net Promoter Score
Track Time to Repair for incidents and lower the mean time
Create a higher level of service independence, allowing it to withstand outages from upstream dependencies
Demonstrable understanding of key networking technologies, and ability to include this understanding in troubleshooting and problem management
Utilize log forwarding technology to troubleshoot problems and identify trends. Ability to coach others in learning this technology
Owns and drives continual improvement of the ITSM Management and its processes as well as its documentation

Required Qualification:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
