2 – ITIL understanding and vell exposure
3 – Above 10 years of experience in hadling LAN/WLAN/R&S/Security related services BUILD & support
4 – Deep understaind of troubleshooting without OEM support, log analysis, debug digging
5 – Products – CISCO, ARUBA, Firepower. ASA, Fortigate, HP
