DESIGNATION: – DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER

LOCATION : – Nahur Mumbai

WORKING HOURS: – 9hrs a day WORKING DAYS : – 5 Days a weekWeek offs : – Saturday & Sunday
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: –
Should be able to discuss and understand technical issues with end users and rectify them promptly
 Working off a Service Management ticket queue, ensuring high urgency tickets are prioritized.Hands-on experience in resolving Windows 10, Windows Server and Linux issues.
 Proficient in Windows-based operating environment, specifically in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
and Office 365 Apps.
 Supporting various applications from desktop perspective. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Suite.
 Good understanding of Virtualization technology and ability to resolve issues on Virtual workstations
 Citrix Technologies awareness and experience in troubleshooting Citrix Client
 User perspective troubleshooting of remote access and Good for Enterprise technologies.Experience deploying in-room video conference systems, Zoom & Team meetings.
 Responsible for keeping OS and Software patched up to date
