What will you do?
Manage the outsourced 7x 24 L1 Help Desk team
Lead a strong team of L1/L2 IT infrastructure and applications engineers
Ensuring customer service is timely and maintain SLAs
Analyze the tickets data, follow up with peers and customers to identify the areas of improvement and automate
Partner with global team to maintain and improve standards of IT policies, procedures and documentation
Communicate with senior leadership to provide dashboards, metrics, updates on major incidents, changes and accomplishments
Own and drive chatbot’s performance
Recruit, train and support help desk representatives and engineers
Partner with vendors on hiring, procurement, contracts management and technical support needs
What skills & knowledge are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or equivalent work experience
10+ years of hands on experience is building and supporting Infrastructure and collaboration applications
5+ years of experience in managing IT teams providing end user support for global customer base
Experience in working with and/or managing a Helpdesk MSP
Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate the team to achieve specific goals
Strong understanding of core technologies such as SSO, MFA, Collaboration apps, Network Security, etc
Familiar with AWS, GCP or other cloud services is a plus
Strong leadership skills and accountability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self starter and a team player, ability to partner with other IT leaders
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Able to interact with senior leadership and provide executive support
Strong desire to learn and implement new technologies
Ability to understand requirements from IT leadership, take ownership, and drive delivery within your team
