Qualification & Qualities:

Experience: Previous experience in IT support, hardware maintenance, or system administration is usually required. Depending on the company’s needs, the required experience can range from a few years to several years.
Problem-Solving Skills: IT & Hardware Executives must be adept at troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions to hardware and software problems.
Communication Skills: Good communication skills are crucial as IT & Hardware Executives often interact with both technical and non-technical staff. They should be able to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Leadership Abilities: For higher-level executive positions, leadership skills are necessary to manage a team of IT professionals and coordinate IT-related projects.
