Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, self-starter individual to join our growing organization. Someone who is passionate about process automation and improving operation efficiency through various IT solutions is the best fit.
Here you will be working with the operation team reporting directly to the COO. You will be responsible for driving the strategic initiative of process automation in the organization. You will be responsible customization and maintenance of various Zoho products. You will be also responsible for implementing, maintaining, and up-gradation of various products and methods to improve productivity. You will be also responsible for security and compliance. The natural growth path for this position is the IT/operation head in the organization. If you are an IT experience in the operation department and have a growing designer, this is the best opportunity for you.
Roles and responsibilities:
Understand operation process automation needs from various departments.
Decide software needs for required operation process automation.
Design and implement operation process automation.
Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements.
Use, customize, and implement processes using various Zoho products
Troubleshoot, modify, support, manage, and maintain applications programs (Visual studio, team, Microsoft products, etc.)
Troubleshoot, modify, support, manage, and maintain applications user accounts like email, AWS, Azur
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or issues related to computer software
Research for productivity improvement software applications, finalize, purchase, install and maintain such software applications.
Train or instruct users in the proper use of hardware or software.
Work and assist security compliance vendor and implement organization-wide security compliances
Requirements
Qualification
BCA / MCA / MSc (IT) / BE / B.Tech. with minimum 3 years experience in IT department
In-depth knowledge of Windows operating system.
Experience in working on subscription-based productivity tools.
Familiarity with creating and maintaining email and cloud accounts.
Experience in installation, up-gradation, and maintenance of software applications.
Good written and spoken English skills.
Good skill in using Microsoft products like PowerPoint, excel
Nice to have:
Knowledge of HR and operation process
Experience of working on Zoho products like Zoho Recruit, Zoho People
Leadership and team-building skills
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, website development and maintenance
