End to end recruitment experience (full lifecycle of recruitment from Sourcing, screening, interviewing till offer rollout)
Good communication skills with ability to interact well with stakeholders.
We need people who can interact well with onshore stakeholders and clients based in the UK. So they must be great on the comms part.
Minimum 2 years experience upto 3.5 years in NON IT Recruitment preferable Construction/Highways or Recruiters who have done Engineering roles.
People who do not ask a JD for making a Boolean string but the ones who can write a Boolean with any of the recent jobs they have closed- that would be the right mindset and attitude.
