Role Responsibilities

Strategy

• The incumbent will be responsible for planning, developing and managing the branch towards achieving sound profitable growth of the branch through the achievement of product-wise sales targets and delivery of quality service and ensuring efficient and consistent delivery of customer delight for all segments/ products in the catchment.

Other Responsibilities

• Premises management in areas of merchandising, housekeeping as well as store management

Our Ideal Candidate

• Graduate/ Post Graduate
• At least 7-8 years of overall experience
• Banking knowledge
• Leadership skills, communication skills, relationship building skills
• Competitive awareness & benchmarking
• Sound knowledge of all aspects of general banking, retail operations and credit operations / deposit and lending products / inspection and audit requirements, as applicable.
