Delivery of facilities workspace resources and related support and administration services to the business Responsible for formulation and implementation of plans policies and processes with respect to Facilities Management Travel Services etc Optimize reduce facilities operating costs through integration of best practices and technology and ensuring legal and statutory compliance to mitigate business risks deliver proactive and efficient support to business optimizing resources and costs with key value propositions as People Risks and Costs The function supports delivery of Tata Comms core strategic goals and plans of the Business Units HR and other Support stakeholders Core Service areas under Corporate Services are Workplace Support Services Facilities Infrastructure Mangement Global Travel Management Physical Environmental Security Responsible for formulation of stratagies policies and processes for each of the core service area and implementaion thereof to acheive defined functional goals in alignment iwth the organizational imperatives
Broad outline of the Role
Lead a Corporate Services team to drive execution of plans policies and processes with respect to Facilities Management Travel Services Physical Environmental Security and Real Estate Management and Health Safety and Environment Management Drive the team to optimize reduce operating costs across facilities travel etc through efficient processes Assess organization priorities to identify key Corporate Services imperatives May lead a team through expertise in most or all areas within Corporate Services Tactical role which provides a marked contribution to defining the direction of processes standards or operational plans based upon business strategy with a significant short to mid term impact on business unit overall results Identifies problems and significantly improves changes or adapts existing method and techniques Focus is on implementation and control as well as Strategy formulation Education Post Graduate Experience 15 20 years
