Designation: Support Engineer (System Integration & IT Networking)

Preferred Qualification: Diploma/ Degree in Electronics/ Networking.

Location: Ahmedabad

Preferred Work Experience: 0 – 2 years

Remuneration: ₹ 16000 – 24000 per month

Job Description:

• Provide technical support of understanding requirements, designing solutions, and executing projects in the fields of Wireless Links, Networking solutions, Building Management Projects, CCTV & Automation, Video Conferencing, System Integration etc.

• Driving the System Integration vertical and owning good customer experience.
• Devising technical solutions to potential clients to generate business.

• Generate business enquiries when meeting customers, by exploring complementary business opportunities, product upgradation, & maintenance packages.
• Maintain professional working association with new as well as existing stakeholders – End Customers, Resellers, Consultants, and Suppliers.

• Responsible for end-to-end order execution & maintenance in assigned projects.

Required Skills:

• Candidate will be handling Support of IT Networking solutions / Building Management Systems / CCTV & Automation Projects. Having an experience in this will be a plus.

• Candidate should be comfortable in a technical support role.
• Candidate should have a knack for designing solutions to complex problems. Should be able to breakthrough challenges and have a learning driven approach.

• Candidate should be polished in communication skills. Fluency in English and Hindi languages is desired. Willingness to learn and undertake required training.

• Flexible street smart approach: ready to work in a humble yet fast growing environment.
