TXT ELD Looking for Technical Support Executive at Pitampura, Delhi, Delhi Full Time

Requirements:

• Provide professional frontline technical support to all TXT Customers

• Exhibiting customer focus and empathy, while providing service via phone

• Analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs

• Prioritize and manage all open requests to ensure they are resolved accurately and in a timely manner

• Identify escalations and collaborate with Engineering and Customer Experience teams to resolution

• Be a subject matter expert of TXT products

• Be customer service oriented and can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Able to work independently and in a team environment

• College degree in computer science or similar

• Thorough understanding of MS-Office, Windows 7, and android

• Experience supporting hardware with the software application

• Have strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Punjabi, English, and Hindi is a must
