Wings Looking for Vice President – Sales – IT Solutions at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Full Time

• Developing the sales strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives
• Play a hands-on, direct role in sales, strategy, account management, including attending sales meetings and helping to close deals
• Accountable for achieving and exceeding targeted sales revenues and for controlling sales expenses
• Oversee overall sales and operations for Domestic and International regions if required
• Ensuring proper use of CRM databases and tools to track performance and maintain reports
• Direct other functions such as marketing, advertising, production, traffic and sales operations
• Set monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals for teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders in managing the business activities of cross functional products and enhance revenue generation
• Coordinates development of sales objectives, strategies, advertising and execution of promotional programs
• Build a high-performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance
• Explore new solutions suited to client / market requirements
