Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a distinguished IT Infrastructure and Cloud Computing Head with proficiency in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. The successful candidate will spearhead the deployment and management of our cutting-edge cloud infrastructures, as well as lead a skilled team of over 30+ professionals. This pivotal role involves inspiring technical excellence, driving functional expertise, and fostering innovation both within our organization and in service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute scalable, secure cloud solutions, aligning with required security standards.

Enhance cloud service performance and cost efficiency, leveraging automation tools such as Ansible.

Direct containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes, incorporating best practices for infrastructure compliance.

Refine CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Ansible, ensuring continuous compliance with regulatory standards.

Maintain and troubleshoot cloud resources, ensuring infrastructure integrity, performance, and security.

Keep abreast of evolving cloud trends, technologies, and security regulations, including expertise in Apache, Nginx, and Google Web Server.

Enforce and update cybersecurity measures, conducting regular IT security audits in line with SOC 2, GDPR, and GLBA requirements.

Efficiently manage and distribute team workload, leading and guiding over 30+ professionals to meet organizational objectives and deadlines.

Conduct performance reviews based on agreed-upon KPIs and KRAs, offer targeted feedback for individual growth.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and infrastructure services.

Mastery in DevOps, including Jenkins, Docker, and Ansible.

A solid understanding of networking, storage, virtualization, and multi-PaaS environments.

Proficient in automation scripting.

Current with cloud technologies, web servers (Apache, Nginx, Google Web Server).

Cloud certifications preferred, with a focus on security and architecture standards.

Knowledgeable in compliance with SOC 2, GDPR, GLBA, and other data protection and privacy regulations.

Excellent problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.

Proven leadership in managing and mentoring IT teams towards maintaining compliance and security excellence.
