Good to have Skills:
Should possess good communication skills and ability to independently interact with client teams.
Should possess knowledge in Azure and other Cloud environments
Should be able to perform Microsoft 365 support, maintenance, and administration.
Should have experience in dealing with IT Service desk tools. For example, JIRA, Remedy Sales Force, ZOHO service desk etc.
Should possess good knowledge on Dell Products including Dell Latitude Laptops.
Additional Information:
Candidates must be flexible to work in multiple shifts
Knowledge on Microsoft Intune management will be plus.
Candidate must ensure performance and availability meet SLA’s and objectives through. monitoring, timely service restoration, and tuning.
Candidate with Microsoft Cloud Certification will be preferred.
