IT Konnect Looking for IT/Applications/System-Support Engineer at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Full Time

Purpose of the job –

Provide support to TECHNO users in following areas:

§ ITSD/BAU support

§ Systems/Applications support

§ Networking/Lease line

§ Configuration of firewalls/routers/switches/Wi-Fi

§ Notebook, desktops and server maintenance

§ Antivirus

§ Active Directory

§ Emails/Exchange Server

Liaise with vendors/service providers

Main responsibilities

§ MDM Support for Chain-Reaction and all upcoming systems

§ Maintain hardware/software assets lists

§ Troubleshoot issues on user machines, servers – installed applications

§ Provide break-fix support for hardware & software

§ Antivirus – Installation, configuration and Troubleshooting

§ Video conferencing support

§ Allocate and configure systems to new employees

§ Provide support for printers

§ Active Directory management – Manage users, groups and permissions

§ MS Exchange – Handle requests related to Distribution Lists, Security Groups, Mail Box creation and modifications

§ Troubleshoot and support network (LAN & WiFi) and VPN related issues

§ Configure, support and troubleshoot email clients on mobile devices and tabs

§ Provide support for MS office products

§ Support issues related to Skype for Business/MS Teams

§ Support end user requests over Phone call / Chat / Email / Remote Session

§ Windows server support, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange and O365

§ Follow ITIL process model/ITIL compliant tool

§ Adhere to SLA timelines

§ Work as a team player

Liaise with vendors/service providers

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹21,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
