The candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial and administrative activities of the organization, ensuring that financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and bank statements in Tally or Tally Prime.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring that invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Should know relevant tax laws and regulations like GST TDS PF/ESI.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as maintaining office supplies, couriers, and maintenance of bills.
• Vendor co-ordination and negotiations
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (B.Com)
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administration.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Working experience with Tally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in travelling locally for office requirements.
